Worried About Aging Sagging Skin At This Moment
Did you know that there are a couple of different types of aging – intrinsic and extrinsic? The first is basically the “natural” course of action, while the other is due to external issues. There is not a great deal we are able to do, in holistic terms, about the first, but lifestyle selections impact the latter.
It’s really a little depressing to understand that we begin to “age” within our mid-20s, basically. Collagen and elastin, essential proteins in our skin layer begin to deplete and this signifies that our skin is a little less firm and a little less flexible as each year goes by. While this deterioration is known to begin in our twenties, we don’t see the signs until later in adult life.
Hereditary factors and our genes dictate how we actually age. We will begin to see those fine lines and may start observing those first couple of grayish hairs. Many of us don’t get too concerned with all the earlier signs, however when we begin to discover outright wrinkles, hair thinning, crow’s feet, bags and finally aging sagging skin we are fully involved in what we are able to do to turn it all around.
